Ricky Reemer is founder and CEO at ThinHost and is responsible for overall direction and product strategy for the business. Before forming the company Ricky worked for IBM where he was enthused by the advantages of mainframe computing and began developing the concept of leveraging these benefits for the smaller enterprise. This inspired ThinHost's pioneering launch of the Hosted Virtual Desktop in January 2005. Ricky is an experienced entrepreneur and an industry champion for Cloud Computing.

Diogo Viana is CFO at ThinHost and is responsible for overseeing accounting, financial analysis, treasury, tax, investor relations and audit. A serial entrepreneur, he has founded several businesses, including a bank. Diogo is an occasional angel investor and is experienced in the negotiation of acquisition transactions and the associated financing. Since joining ThinHost in 2007, Diogo has led the company’s long-range planning and strategic growth initiatives.
Diogo has four children and lives with Ana in Surrey, England.
