Managed data backup is provisioned as standard to all customers ensuring all application, file, and email data is backed up daily to our backup data centre.

Highlights

• We use Microsoft Data Protection Manager as our core backup technology.
• All virtual machines are backed up using snapshot technology meaning the VM’s can be restored with 100% confidence.
• Our tier 3/4 data centres are over 50 miles apart. One located in Kent, the other in Berkshire.
• Core services are replicated in real-time between data centres.
• We have a 100% success rate to date with data restores from disk and tape.
